new XML::Atom with Atom 1.0 support!

I uploaded a new release of XML::Atom, with

• Atom 1.0 support! (I tested parsing only)
• $entry->content->body returns UTF-8 bytes now
• newly added $entry->contributor return XML::Atom::Person list in list context
• made sure $feed->as_xml doesn't return Unicode flagged string

As version number implies, this is a developer release. If you find some nasty stuff while development, let me know.

CPAN reports a very high number of testing failures with XML::Atom. Will this next release address any of these issues?
