Shibuya.pm -- the largest Perl Mongers in the world

Dave's Perl Census presentation shows that Shibuya.pm is the biggest Perl user community in the world, as far as we talk about the number of people attending the Technical meeting.

During the Perl Lightning talks at EuroOSCON I presented some early results from the 2005 Perl Mongers Census. There will be more details appearing at some point soon, but in the meantime I've made my slides available for download.

We had our 6th Technical Talks meeting last Wednesday and we had 120+ attendees most of who registered to attend online within 24 hours after the announcement. We had some talks about Catalyst web application framework, Ajax with Prototype.js, Six Apart, Pugs and ICFP.

Plug the kit to your HDD box, STB of CATV and internet router then you can watch the video on demand (or live) via Windows XP client, or even via PSP over Wi-Fi connection. I won't have troubles with TV shows during this biz trip. So cute. You know Sony is a big company and there're a lot of divisions, some of which are purely evil to put spyware/rootkit on your CD but there's definitely a nice division...
